Fair Food

Cooked & served by your volunteer firefighters and EMS

All of the food at the Bridgewater Country Fair is cooked and served by Bridgewater Volunteer Fire and EMS personnel, along with volunteers from Bridgewater and neighboring communities. Thank you to all our volunteers for their hard work and dedication — and remember, every bite funds the fire department.

The Roast Beef Tent

You know 'em. You love 'em. You wait all year to have one. Over-the-coals roast beef, slow cooked for hours and served on a fresh roll. Add horseradish, mayo and BBQ sauce to step it up a notch.

The BBQ Tent

Slow-cooked pulled pork — we're talking 16 hours slow. No frozen or reheated meat here; this is true slow-cooked BBQ. Brisket and all kinds of sides. Loaded tater tots with queso and your choice of toppings, plus BBQ sundaes all weekend long. Sit in the shaded seating next to the band stand, enjoy the live music — the beer tent is right next door.

The Chicken Tent

Fresh grilled half chicken, sweet buttery corn cooked to perfection, baked potatoes with all the toppings and fresh sliced watermelon. And don't miss Bridgewater Street Corn — an ear of corn with a dollop of mayo, cotija cheese and a sprinkle of Flamin' Hot Cheetos.

The Main Food Tent

Our biggest variety in one location: burgers, hot dogs, fried clams, french fries, onion rings and all the rest of your fair favorites.

The Taco Tent

Our newest addition — and everyone is loving it. Tacos with slow-cooked beef and chicken and all the usual toppings, plus fish tacos with a unique salsa. Hard shell, soft shell or bowl. Pizza and pastrami sandwiches too, and a churro for dessert.

The Fried Dough, Fried Oreo & Chicken-and-Waffle Tent

Fried dough with red sauce or powdered sugar — be indulgent and have both. Fried Oreos battered, fried and served with vanilla ice cream. Crispy chicken strips on batter-made waffles topped with Mike's Hot Honey and/or maple syrup.

The Ice Cream & Fruit Smoothie Tent

Soft serve in multiple flavors, cone or cup. Try the cookie-cup sundae if you've got the stomach for it, or a fruit smoothie blended to perfection to cool you down on a warm August day.

The Watering Hole

Multiple brews served ice cold — local micro-brews alongside a couple of good ol' domestics, plus wine and spiked seltzers. Relax in the shaded beer garden with local acoustic musicians and corn hole games.

The Lemonade Stand

32 ounces of ice-cold lemonade made with fresh-squeezed lemons. Regular, strawberry and blue raspberry — or mix flavors while you decide what to eat.
